What we are actually hired to do

Six areas of work. Most assignments start in one and spill into a second — a review that turns into a system change, or a documentation job that turns up a reporting problem.

01 / Service

Operations & Systems Review

Find out where the work is actually getting stuck before you spend money fixing it.

We sit with the people doing the work, map how a process runs today, and write down what slows it down. You get a plain report with findings ranked by what they cost you — not a sales pitch for software.

Typically includes

  • Walkthrough of the current process, step by step
  • Written findings with a cost or time attached to each
  • Recommendations split into quick fixes and larger changes

02 / Service

Digital Setup for Small Business

Choosing, configuring and switching on the everyday software a business runs on.

Billing, inventory, accounting, attendance, order tracking. We help you pick tools that suit the size of your operation, set them up properly, move your existing records across, and stay on hand until your staff are using them without being reminded.

Typically includes

  • Shortlisting tools against a written requirement
  • Configuration, data migration and trial run
  • Staff walkthroughs and a short how-to guide

03 / Service

Documentation & Technical Writing

Turning how things are done into something a new person can follow.

Standard operating procedures, user manuals, handover notes, project reports and the write-ups needed for tenders and registrations. Written in clear language, formatted for print, handed over in editable files you keep.

Typically includes

  • Standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • User manuals and training handouts
  • Project reports and tender documentation

04 / Service

Data Organisation & Reporting

Getting scattered records into one place, then into a report you can actually read.

Most small firms already hold the numbers they need — spread across notebooks, spreadsheets and three different apps. We consolidate them, clean up the duplicates, and set up a recurring report so the same figures reach you every week or month without anyone rebuilding it.

Typically includes

  • Consolidating and cleaning existing records
  • Recurring weekly or monthly reporting formats
  • Simple dashboards for the numbers that matter

05 / Service

Vendor Selection & Project Oversight

A technical second opinion when you are buying work you cannot easily judge.

We help you write the requirement, compare quotations on the same terms, ask vendors the questions they would rather you did not, and review what gets delivered against what was promised. Useful when you are the client and nobody on your side speaks the vendor's language.

Typically includes

  • Requirement notes and comparable quotation formats
  • Technical evaluation of proposals and vendors
  • Milestone review and acceptance checks

06 / Service

MSME & Procurement Portal Support

Getting a small enterprise listed where buyers are actually looking.

Assistance with Udyam registration, and with preparing profiles and documentation for public procurement and B2B portals such as GeM and NSIC. We prepare the paperwork; the filings stay in your name and under your control.

Typically includes

  • Udyam registration and particulars updates
  • GeM and NSIC B2B profile preparation
  • Document sets for vendor empanelment

How assignments are priced

Every quotation names the deliverable, the date and the amount. There are no retainer minimums, no licence resale margins and no commission taken from any vendor we recommend.

ModelSuits you when
ReviewYou know something is wrong but not what.Fixed fee, agreed in advance
ProjectThe requirement is already clear enough to price.Fixed fee per milestone
RetainerYou need someone technical available, not a one-off job.Monthly, on a set number of hours

Travel outside Raichur district is billed at actuals and agreed before it is incurred. Any software, hosting or licence a client needs is bought by the client in the client’s own name — we do not resell it.

Not sure which of these you need?

That is a common starting point, and it is usually what a short review is for. Describe the situation and we will tell you which service — if any — actually fits.
